Quality is engineered into all that we do from initial contract reviews to in-house CAD tool design and tool production, and on through the entire manufacturing process. All secondary equipment is designed and built in-house.

Shell Size: Ability to draw a shell a maximum of 3.125” in length with a maximum blank size of 3.500” in diameter.
Gauge Thickness: Gauge thickness range from .005” - 0.050” in mild steel.
Part Tolerance: +-.003 length and +-.001 diameter
Raw Materials: Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper, Aluminum and pre-plated alloys.
Part Design Features:
Cylindrical, square and rectangle shapes
 
Variations include flanges, collars, stepped or bulged diameters, body flanges, curling, necking, reverse drawing and side piercing
Innovative, unique methods of threading deep drawn parts
Typical annual volumes are 250,000 to 10,000,000 parts
Finishing Requirements: Heat treating, plating or coating and passivating available
